Education Intelligence

Enterprise capability, sized for public education.

Education Intelligence connects governed data, interoperability, analytics, organizational knowledge, and applied AI so agencies can make better decisions without requiring unlimited budgets or staff.

The origin

A budget gap wearing a technology costume.

Large enterprises built data warehouses, reporting platforms, forecasting systems, and analytical teams. Public education agencies needed many of the same capabilities, but the tools were rarely designed for their budgets, staffing, governance obligations, or uneven local capacity.

Education Intelligence names the work of carrying useful enterprise capability across that line and making it sustainable for agencies serving every district, including those with one person doing the work of five.

The technology is not useful until the organization can operate it, trust it, and afford to keep it.
01

Governance

Shared definitions, ownership, quality expectations, stewardship, lineage, and decision rights.

02

Interoperability

Systems and standards that move information without forcing every agency to rebuild the same connection.

03

Analytics

Answers that people can understand, trust, and use, grounded in definitions that remain stable across reports.

04

Applied AI

AI grounded in governed agency knowledge, operated by qualified people, and introduced with controls proportional to consequence.

The durable idea

Provenance before intelligence.

An institution cannot explain an output if it cannot explain its input. Lineage, definitions, and authoritative sources are not administrative preliminaries to the interesting work. They are the basis on which the answer becomes believable.

The first successful implementation is a project. The tenth repeatable implementation is a product. The acceleration agencies want comes from repeatability and governance, not from the model alone.
