Ten plays worth keeping guide 10

  1. Account briefresearch

Research [company] before my first meeting: what they do, news from the past year, likely priorities, and anything in my connected apps about them. Cite every fact; separate facts from inferences.

  2. Call planprep

Plan my next call with [name, role]: the goal, three questions, likely objections, and the one follow-up I must not forget. Use [notes or workspace].

  3. People mapplanning

From the files here, table everyone at [account]: name, role, what they care about, last contact, and stance, with evidence. List the roles we have not reached.

  4. 90-day planplanning

Draft a one-page 90-day plan for [account]: three goals, actions with a suggested owner and date, and one measure per goal. Use only this workspace.

  5. Customer recapfollow-up

Turn these call notes into a one-page customer summary: goals, what we heard, next steps with owners and dates. Remove anything internal. Mark unclear items [confirm].

  6. Follow-up emailfollow-up

Draft a follow-up to [name] that answers their questions briefly, confirms [deliverable] by [date], and proposes [next meeting]. Under 120 words. No other commitments.

  7. RFP requirementsproposals

List every requirement in this RFP as a table: requirement, section number exactly as written, must-have or nice-to-have, deadline. Mark uncertain items [check].

  8. Executive rewriteproposals

Rewrite this for a non-technical [CFO]. Keep the meaning, lead with business risk and cost, under 200 words. Add no capability that is not in the original.

  9. Stalled dealspipeline

Today is [date]. From this pipeline, list deals with no activity in 30 days or a passed close date: account, stage, amount, close date, days idle.

  10. Objection practicecoaching

Act as a skeptical [buyer role] evaluating [product category]. Raise real objections one at a time. After five exchanges, score my answers and say what to fix.
